About Us

American Supply in Asia, LLC (ASIA), founded in March 2005, is a joint venture of Minnesota-based industrial distributors RT/Dygert International and Patton Industrial Products. It was created to provide design and engineering assistance for U.S. customers with Asian operations.

ASIA also is the principle investor in, and domestic marketing arm for, The Dygert Patton Seal and Fastener Ware Shanghai Co., Ltd. (DPSFW). In 2005, DPSFW established operations in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in the Pudong district of Shanghai to supply the component product needs of select United States companies with China-based operations.

RT/Dygert International and Patton Industrial Products are both ISO 9000 certified. Both are long term, privately owned industrial distributors serving Original Equipment Manufacturers in a variety of markets, including Fluid Power, HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning), Agricultural, Instrumentation, Chemical Processing and Industrial Equipment. In addition to the traditional distributor activities of inventory support, extension of credit and multiple product line offerings, both companies offer a number of value added services such as special marking, kitting, bagging and packaging options; JIT, Kanban and bin stocking programs; bar coding and EDI.

RT/Dygert International: Founded in 1958, E.S. Dygert Company merged with R.T. Enterprises, Inc. in 2004 to form one of the largest independent distributors of sealing products and related custom products in North America. Now called RT/Dygert International, company headquarters are in Minneapolis with offices in Skokie, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
